Status: RESOLVED


Issue: Some API calls using the B2B end point returned a 503 - Service Unavailable error.


Impact: API calls between the ACME B2B API Call and custom built applications were failing. 


Update Log - 4.9.2021:

6:50 AM PT: Issue has been reported to ACME Support. Working to diagnose the issue.


8:13 AM PT: Issue is isolated to the B2B API call and  has been escalated to our DevOps team


8:42 AM PT: Issue has been resolved.


Root Cause and Resolution: This issue was related to the load balancer for the B2B API Call. The issue was fixed by our DevOps team and service has been restored.
