Issue: ACME is currently experiencing a service disruption on the ACME Sales POS snd AC applications. Our Engineering team is working to resolve this as soon as possible. ACME Backoffice and eCommerce are operating normally.


Update Log - 04.16.2021:

8:28 AM PDT: Service has been restored. Additional details will be shared when they are available.


8:00 AM PDT: The issue has been reported to ACME and Engineering is working to resolve.


Root Cause and Resolution: This issue was related to an error where a traffic-load balancer automation was not reacting properly. This resulted in connectivity and performance disruptions with API calls related to our iOS applications. Our infrastructure team identified and corrected the error which instantly restored service to our applications.
