Importing Members causes an "Importing customers ACME504 Gateway Time-out" error

Sometimes when importing customer and membership files the importer shows an ACME504 Gateway timeout error message. Our team is investigating the cause of the error and working on getting it resolved.
If an import job experiences this error, search for the memberships in the file that was part of the import in Backoffice. If the records are not present create a new import job and re-import the same files.
