  • Sandbox Refresh Reminder!! On November 9, 2021 Sandboxes 10 and 15 will receive a Production data refresh.

  • Effective 11/12/2021, all versions of ACME Sales and ACME AC prior to 11.10.0 are no longer supported. Do you still have a few inactive devices that are running an unsupported version? Click here for a refresher on how to update your ACME applications.

  • Have questions about ACME versions or current system status? Take a look at the Current System Versions and Status page, plus you can now subscribe to get ACME status updates on our new Status Page.

  • ACME Product Support will be closed on Thanksgiving and on Christmas Day. We will be operating with limited hours for Thanksgiving weekend from 11/26-11/28, around Christmas on 12/24 and 12/26, and on 12/31 for New Year's Eve. As always, the Support portal will be accessible 24/7 and if there is a system emergency or escalation, the team is on standby to resolve.

    All clear to upgrade your Apple devices! If you are planning to update to iPadOS 15, you must update the Airwatch Intelligent Hub before running the iOS update. Information about this can be found in this article in our Support Portal.

  • Interac Debit card acceptance at POS in Canada
    Visitors can now pay with their Interac card.

  • Event Name appears on the eCommerce Calendar page
    Web visitors have an easy reference to see the event or program while selecting a date.

  • DIY Import Export Permissions

2022 Company Holidays, Coupon Codes, Event Schedules

As we look forward to 2022, don’t forget to check your configurations in Backoffice to ensure your system is ready for the new year too. There are a number of features that leverage start dates and expiration dates. Use this checklist to make sure your ongoing events, coupons, and system are ready for the new year.

Running End of Year Reports

  1. Use Existing Reports (when you can)
    • The same reports you use daily or weekly can be easily changed by choosing a different time range [insert link to article?] in the top right corner. 
    • Using existing reports is useful because you’ll be used to the format that report returns information in already
  2. Consider the audience of the report
    • Lots of year end reporting is meant for a large audience and top down view of the data. At the sake of contradicting the previous suggestion, if you normally include a lot of fields for a detailed report, consolidating the returned fields for a high level view of the data may be useful. Think of who the recipient of the data is and act accordingly!
  3. Running large reports may result in longer times to get results
    • When collecting a lot of data the reporting tool may take some time to collect all the information, that is ok! ACME’s reporting tool is designed to run even if you leave the page.
    • A user can click Run Report and then leave the report, leave ACME Backoffice, or even close their browser. The report will still execute and be able to be retrieved later* by clicking “View All Results” on the report page [insert link to articles about reporting]

*Report results are stored for 30 days from the time that result was executed
