Issue: Some credit cards may be unexpectedly declining from particular regions. In most cases, this is a billing address formatting issue that can be corrected by the user. Note that as of March 4th, 2022, ACME is temporarily blocking credit card transactions that originated from Russian territories or regions. Due to current international conflicts, we have detected a recent trend of attempted fraudulent activity originating in this region. Moreover, many credit card companies are also denying payments from this area as well so our policy is in line with current industry standards.
