There's a known issue with Flex Pay schedules where certain edits to a published Flex Pay schedule will unlink all future event instances from the Event Template. The following actions need to be avoided until this issue is resolved:
- Editing the Flex Pay schedule name
- Adding multiple Flex Pay schedules
Editing the date range of the current Flex Pay schedule is working as expected and is recommended as an alternative to making additional Flex Pay schedules.
