Backoffice (B2B) | Collect Contact Information on $0 Orders

Here's the deal - in our 11.32.0 Release we optimized Backoffice checkout to not prompt for payment when a refund is given during checkout for a membership lifecycle action (e.g. downgrade). As it turns out, this change also ended up hiding the payment related fields for any $0 order, which included the form to collect contact information. We've restored this and you can enter contact data as before.

Note: To ensure Backoffice updates are as seamless as possible, we recommend performing a hard refresh of your internet browser after a release is deployed. In some cases, you may also need to reset your browser's data cache including any saved cookies and related browsing data. Please contact support@acmeticketing.com if you experience any issues after a release.
